Payment terms
All prices mentioned in our online shop are final prices.
Until pending payment in full, goods purchased remain the property of Manawa.

 

Warranty

For every new purchased watch we grant legal warranty of 2 years.
Warranty contains the remedy of all defects, which are free of charge and referable to material or production defects. Defects and damages on the watch or the strap/bracelet, which are attributable to inappropriate handling or signs of wear, are not covered by ourwarranty.

 

Shipping cost
Encludes shipping, packing and insurance.

We will ship all domestic watch orders via DHL and, when available, provide you with a tracking number.  

For international orders, we will ship using DHL Worldwide.  Please note that customs is different in every country and that you may be charged additional tarrifs and fees in addition to the shipping fee.  Those fees are not determined, nor are they collected, by Manawa and are your responsibility.

We reserve the right to cancel any order based on shipping destination. Some locations, especially foreign, require costly shipping fees, insurance premiums and have excessive risk of loss or theft.  

 

Right of withdrawal / cancellation
In the case of non-availability of goods both parties have the right to cancel a purchase.

 

Right to return unsatisfactory products
Purchased and obtained goods can be returned within 14 days from day of receipt and without giving reasons for the return.

The keeping of this term and decisive date is the date of sending and return. Goods for return need to be sent to following address: Manawa, Jacob van Arteveldestraat 5, 8800 Roeselare
In case of an effective cancellation, already received payments need to be refunded by both parties. For any worsening of the goods, Manawa reserves the right to charge for compensation. This can be avoided by not taking the goods in use or to refrain handling which might affect the value of the purchased goods.
